Not impressive from the outside BUT small family friendly on the inside.  Fresh and delicious sushi.  I eat here every week! All of the locals eat here.

Directions:Take U.S. 1 to Boca Chica Road, at Circle K and Storage Mart turn east. Take Boca Chica Road approximately 1 1/2 miles to Geiger Key Road and turn left.   • Islamorada Fish Company (Mile marker 81.7 Bayside) 800-258-2559 The original 100 seat Islamorada Fish Company is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, and has been in operation since 1948. It has been family owned since 1960 and became affiliated with BassPro in January 1998. George Hertel is the managing partner and has been involved since 1980.
  • Morada Bay (Mile marker 81.5) 305-664-0604 Islamorada just 30 miles north. On the same property at Pierre's but more family style restaurant. Recommend if you have children who can run around on a sandy area while you watch them from your table. Worth the drive if you want a great local place without the tourist trap of Key West. In 1996 former Pittsburgh Steelers standout Gary Dunn, and former Los Angeles Rams All-Pro Dennis Harrah purchased the Oceanview Inn. The two friends immediately started a complete renovation project with the goal of making the Inn an affordable, tourist-friendly location, while preserving its history and local charm.
