  • Must arrive and depart on a Saturday; check in at 4 PM, check out at 10 AM.
  • Cleaning fee is included in the weekly rate.
  • The above rates do not include sales tax of 12.5%.
  • $750 security deposit on all stays.
  • Wireless internet available at $50 a week plus tax.
  • Sorry but we do not allow pets or smoking in our 4 bedroom 5 bathroom waterfront pool vacation rental home with 135 foot dock in the Florida Keys. Evidence of smoking or pets will constitute a $250 cleaning fee and a possible eviction without a refund
