Cancellations: In the event you must cancel your reservation, the reservation deposit will be refunded if written notice is received one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the beginning of your rental period. If notice of the cancellation is received less than one-hundred and twenty (120) days but more than ninety (90) days in advance of the arrival date, a cancellation fee of $1,250 ( per week rented) will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded. If reservations are canceled less than ninety (90) days in advance of the arrival date, the total deposit will be forfeited. All refunds will be processed at the end of the monthly accounting period.
